Job Description
We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for a dynamic university campus. In this role, you will help bring marketing plans to life and support programs that drive growth, engagement, and brand presence on campus.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting business priorities such as sales growth, student and customer engagement, campus events, brand image, and social media presence. You will work closely with campus partners to help strengthen market visibility, improve customer retention, and support Aramark Higher Education’s overall success.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of campus-wide marketing materials, signage, and menu communications, ensuring managers have access to approved templates and up-to-date promotional assets.
- Support the collection and analysis of customer feedback and marketing campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, customers, campus partners, and internal Aramark teams to support marketing objectives and campus engagement.
- Assist in managing and growing the campus social media presence by creating content, coordinating campaigns, and monitoring engagement.
- Collaborate with the University’s Marketing & Communications department to promote campus programs, events, and dining initiatives.
- Partner with Aramark managers and operational teams to coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide administrative and project coordination support for marketing initiatives, including campaign planning, event execution, and promotional activities.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by helping execute marketing programs that enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and campus awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree would be an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills required.
- Leadership skills, inclusive of supervisory responsibilities, team lead in a club/organization, and/or project management.
- The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees and leadership.
- The ability to manage through change and ambiguity in a fast paced environment.
- Cost control, budget responsibilities or inventory management experience desired.
- Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays according to business need.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00.
