Aramark is seeking a dynamic individual to join the Bishop’s University Catering Services Team.

Position: Catering Service General Help

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 1Z7)

Salary: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Variable schedule to be discussed during the interview.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver catering orders to designated event locations.
• Manage and coordinate catering services.
• Ensure catering orders are complete and match the corresponding order forms.
• Provide professional, high-quality customer service.
• Clear and clean event rooms at the end of service.
• Respond to operational needs according to established priorities.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation policies and regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Previous catering experience is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset, as some of our clients are English-speaking.

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and successfully pass a Criminal Background Check and a Vulnerable Sector Check (if required by the operation).
