Aramark is currently seeking General Help employees for the food services department at Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

POSITION: General Help

LOCATION: Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
• 30 Boulevard du Séminaire Nord, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, J3B 0K4

WAGE: $19.00/hour

SCHEDULE / HOURS: Monday to Friday, to be discussed during the interview (subject to the academic calendar)

START DATE: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate the cash register
• Perform general food preparation duties in the kitchen
• Serve customers
• Stock shelves and refrigerators
• Rotate products in refrigerators
• Clean service areas
• Assist with dishwashing duties
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work independently
• Customer service oriented

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and successfully pass a criminal background check and a vulnerable sector screening (if required by the operation). If hired for this position, employment will be conditional upon Aramark being satisfied that both requirements have been successfully met.
