Aramark is currently seeking General Helpers for the Food Services Department at Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

POSITION: General Helper

LOCATION: Cégep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (30 Boulevard du Séminaire Nord, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC, J3B 0K4)

WAGE: $19.00/hour

SCHEDULE / HOURS: Monday to Friday, to be discussed during the interview (following the academic calendar)

START DATE: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate the cash register
• Assist with general food preparation
• Serve customers
• Restock shelves and refrigerators
• Rotate products in refrigerators
• Clean service areas
• Assist with dishwashing duties
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures
• Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Customer service oriented

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and successfully pass a criminal background check and a vulnerable sector screening (if required by the operation).
