ARAMARK is currently seeking Kitchen Helpers for Manic-3

Aramark offers 14 days on / 14 days off work rotation.

Transportation is provided by airplane from the airports of Montréal and Québec City.
A shuttle service will be provided from Pessamit and Baie-Comeau to Manic-3.

Employees are fed and housed, with single-occupancy rooms. Washer and dryer are provided.

Position: Kitchen Helper
Location: Manic-3
Salary: $21.02/hour

The schedule is 70 hours per week. After 40 hours, overtime is paid at time and a half.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes.
• Perform cleaning tasks.
• Maintain the kitchen and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding areas.
• Follow established safety regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a remote camp environment is an asset.
• WHMIS certification is an asset.
• Ability to meet operational needs.
• Compliance with established safety regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

• Good physical endurance to lift and carry objects.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently.

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, when required, a vulnerable sector background check. Employment with Aramark is conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by the company.
