About the Roles
We’re looking for experienced food service professionals who can lead kitchen and dining operations, elevate food quality, innovate solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service. Whether your background is culinary driven or operationally focused, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences and driving excellence across our sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership — Lead, mentor, engage, and develop staff; recruit, train, coach, and manage performance
• Culinary Operations — Oversee daily kitchen execution, food quality, presentation, and menu development
• Operational Excellence — Manage production, distribution, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Client & Customer Service — Build strong rapport, identify needs, and communicate operational progress
• Safety & Compliance — Maintain safe, healthy environments; enforce sanitation, food safety, and regulatory standards
• Financial Management — Manage budgets, labor, food costs, and revenue growth
• Team Culture — Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and create a positive, inclusive workplace
• Future Leadership Development — Build supervisory talent and support succession planning
What You Bring

• Experience in culinary operations, food service management, or hospitality leadership

For Food Service Director roles:
o Bachelor’s degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
o Experience managing teams, budgets, and client relationships
o Strong analytical and project planning skills

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $90,000.00.
