ARAMARK is looking for food Service supervisor for the camp’s food services.

Position: Food Service supervisor
Location: Camp Vimy, Valcartier Base
Salary: Between $23.00 and $27.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: To be discussed during the interview
Status: Full-time and part-time positions available
Start Date: Early May 2026 (summer employment – May, June, July, and August)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing levels according to operational needs
• Coordinate work schedules
• Coordinate breaks and meal periods
• Anticipate operational needs
• Ensure high-quality meal production that meets customer expectations
• Participate in inventory control and inventory counts
• Monitor and maintain service quality and guest satisfaction
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Comply with all safety regulations in place
• Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Experience in food service or the restaurant industry (an asset)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customer service–focused

The finalist candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, when required, a vulnerable sector check. Employment with Aramark will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by the company.
