Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and safety standards, including coffee, sandwiches, baked goods, and more
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) for processing sales transactions accurately
- Manage customer orders efficiently through food service customer order management systems while upselling menu items to enhance sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, dining areas, and food handling stations
- Handle cash register operations with precision, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change
- Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising service quality
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous but not required
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60.
