We are hiring full-time Prep Cooks to join our teams in two business dining locations in east end of Ottawa. As a Prep Cook you will prepare, cook and serve a variety of foods in either back of the house or on the line. Cooks in this role may be preparing food in front of the customer, requiring strong customer service skills.
What You’ll Do

- Daily Production — Prepare menu items with precision, ensuring recipes are followed and quality stays consistently high.
- Work in Team — Assist Chef Manger and cooks with preparation of daily menu while upholding a positive, professional kitchen environment.
- Engage With Guests — Answer questions about ingredients, dietary needs, and preparation methods with confidence and care.
- Maintain a High Standard — Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices at all times.

- Food service experience

Security Requirement
This position is located within a high‑security corporate facility. To meet mandatory federal background verification standards, candidates must have:
- Lived in Canada continuously for the past ten (10) years
- The ability to complete and pass a federal security clearance (typically 3–6 months)
A bonus is awarded for successful completion of the clearance process.
