Working directly with our General Director of Operations, you will become a key member of our team and the guardian of an exemplary client experience. Are you ready to take on the challenge?

The Catering Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all activities related to the catering service within our organization. This person will work closely with the General Director of Operations and her team to ensure that events are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with quality standards and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Coordination : The Catering Service Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all catering events. He or she must ensure that all necessary elements — including food, beverages, equipment, and staff, are available and ready on time.
  • Staff Management : The Catering Service Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the team. He or she must ensure that staff members are well informed about event details, adhere to company standards as well as hygiene and sanitation requirements, and deliver impeccable service to clients.
  • Budget Tracking and Profitability : The Catering Service Manager will work in collaboration with the General Director of Operations to establish and adhere to the budgets allocated to catering events.
  • Quality Control : The Catering Service Manager will ensure that the company’s high quality standards are upheld at every event. He or she will supervise the service to guarantee that clients enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry
  • In‑depth knowledge of service techniques and event management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team‑management abilities
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong focus on quality
