Job Description

Provide high-end service to a business clientele in private lounges while always maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Position: Server

Location: National Bank Executive Lounge (800 St-Jacques Street, Montréal, QC H3C 1A3)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with occasional evening shifts based on event requirements

Wage: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, based on experience

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Adapt room layouts based on reservations and operational requirements.
• Take orders efficiently and courteously.
• Advise guests on wines and beverages to enhance their experience.
• Ensure food service from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and provide high-quality guest experience.
• Demonstrate versatility and respond to daily operational needs.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a server in a hospitality or food service environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Always maintain a professional demeanor.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to manage stress and remain efficient during busy periods.
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible and highly adaptable.
• Good physical stamina and ability to remain standing for extended periods.
