Position: Catering Service General Helper

Location: Banque Nationale (800 St-Jacques Street, Montréal, H3C 1A3)

Salary: Starting at $18.50, to be discussed during the interview

Schedule: Schedule may vary depending on events; Monday to Friday, daytime or evening as needed.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver catering services to meeting rooms and floors
• Manage and coordinate catering services
• Ensure that catering requests are complete according to the order form
• Provide professional and impeccable service
• Clear and clean rooms after meals
• Follow established safety regulations
• Perform any other related duties as required
• Be able to respond to operational needs

Qualifications

Customer service experience
• Experience in catering services is an asset
• Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customer service–oriented
• Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our clients are English-speaking
