Job Description

Aramark is currently seeking a Kitchen Helper for the food service operation at National Bank in Montreal.

Position: Kitchen Helper

Location: National Bank (800 St-Jacques Street, Montreal, QC H3C 1A3)

Salary: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Operate the grill station and assist with food service.
• Perform general food preparation duties in the kitchen.
• Set up workstations and ensure all products and supplies required for service are available.
• Greet customers courteously and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow all applicable regulations, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as required to support operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position is considered an asset.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking.

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete and successfully pass a criminal background check and a vulnerable sector screening (if required by the operation). If hired, employment with Aramark will be conditional upon Aramark being satisfied that both requirements have been successfully met.
