Job Description
The Pricing Manager is key element of the Supply Chain team at Aramark Canada. You will be responsible for managing pricing strategies and client implementations across Aramark Canada's purchasing business. You will ensure timely and accurate execution of all our pricing changes, leveraging data-driven insights, procurement collaboration, and supplier inputs to justify pricing adjustments. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of commodity markets, global economic conditions, and cost structures. As Pricing Manager, you will also collaborate with the the Global Supply Chain team in the U.S. on market analytics, inflation trends, and macroeconomic forecasting to support strategic pricing initiatives and client engagements.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain client-specific pricing strategies, including leading pricing discussions and negotiations.
- Interface with clients, internal procurement teams, and suppliers to justify and communicate price changes based on market and cost data
- Analyze global commodity markets, supply chain trends, and macroeconomic indicators to support proactive pricing decisions
- Monitor compliance with contractual pricing terms and support audits or reporting as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to access market analytics, inflation forecasts, and economic data; integrate findings into pricing recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA or professional designation (CPA, CFA)
- 5+ years in pricing, finance, supply chain, or procurement
- Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) or similar
- Experience in Food services or contract management
