Requisition #:  677794
Location:

Mississauga, ON, CA, L4W 5G2

Career Area:  Professional & Management
Description:

Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Sales & Operations Analyst to join our FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) & Capital Replenishment team. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, supply chain coordination, and data-driven operations — ideal for someone who's not just comfortable with spreadsheets and purchase orders, but excited about using AI tools and automation to work smarter, spot trends faster, and eliminate manual busywork.

We're especially interested in self-starters who bring curiosity and initiative to the table — people who see a repetitive task and immediately think "how can I streamline this?" If you're tech-savvy, quick to pick up new platforms, and enjoy using AI-powered tools to turn raw order and vendor data into clear insights, we want to hear from you.

Bilingual (English and French) candidates are strongly preferred, as this role supports a diverse customer and supplier base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels — professionally representing the FFE & Capital Replenishment brand.
  • Accurately quote, process, and manage purchase orders for the replenishment of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and order issues in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to facilitate order fulfillment, resolve delivery/logistics issues, and ensure on-time shipment of goods.
  • Maintain accurate, well-organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and order history in our systems.
  • Leverage AI and analytics tools to identify patterns in order volume, vendor performance, pricing trends, and turnaround times — translating data into actionable recommendations for the team.
  • Build and maintain reports/dashboards that give leadership visibility into supply chain performance, order pipeline health, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify and champion process improvements — especially opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks using AI or workflow tools (e.g., Excel/Power Query, Power BI, ChatGPT/Claude, or similar).
  • Act as a self-directed problem-solver — proactively identifying inefficiencies and taking ownership of solutions without needing every task spelled out.
  • Translate messy operational data into clear, actionable insights that non-technical stakeholders can understand and act on.
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and assist with tracking accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Communicate fluently with customers and suppliers in both English and French, ensuring seamless service across our bilingual client base.

Qualifications

  • College or university graduate in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, quotations/order management, or a related analytical/operations role.
  • Working knowledge of or strong interest in AI tools and analytics platforms to support reporting and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a proven track record of handling client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfort learning new software quickly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and independently.
  • Bilingual: fluent in English and French (written and verbal) preferred.
