Job Description
The Process Improvement Analyst will join the Process Improvement team within Supply Chain Program Management, supporting the Canadian Supply Chain through data analysis, business intelligence development, and process improvement. The Analyst will use their analytical mindset and technical ability to help build the tools, dashboards, and data pipelines that drive better decisions and deliver value for both our clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate is a curious, coachable self-starter who enjoys working with data and is eager to grow their technical skillset in a hands-on environment. Experience in foodservice, supply chain, or a related industry is considered an asset.
The position will report to the Manager, Process Improvement and is based out of our Mississauga head office, where we are currently working in a hybrid model.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that support teams across Supply Chain including Procurement, Execution, and Finance.
- Build and support data pipelines and workflows that enable reliable, automated data delivery across the business.
- Develop and maintain internal web-based applications that support business operations and data accessibility across the organization.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models, reports, and BI solutions for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through data and tooling.
- Support the exploration and development of AI-assisted tools and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members across the data platform to ensure solutions are well-structured, maintainable, and built on a solid data foundation.
- Support ad hoc data requests and analysis for the broader Supply Chain team, delivering timely and accurate outputs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that drive measurable value.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and identifying smarter ways of working with data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an analytical, data, or process improvement role.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write and troubleshoot queries against relational or cloud data platforms is required.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an asset.
- Experience with data automation or ETL tools such as Alteryx is an asset.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or similar is an asset.
- Exposure to web application development or frontend tools is an asset.
- Experience in foodservice, CPG, retail, or supply chain is an asset.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel ability; proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite.

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00.
