Aramark Refreshment Services is hiring an Operations Manager at the Satellite Location !
Join a dynamic team where you will lead the day to day operations of a satellite location within a Market Center. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of our operational standards while delivering a consistent, high quality service experience. You will oversee all core functions, including route sales, service, warehouse, and administrative operations, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and site visits. As the leader on site, you will drive business performance by implementing strategies that support growth, client retention, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hands on leader who can manage labor performance, control costs, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accountability for cash and product. You will also play a key role in coaching, training, and developing frontline teams to enhance overall efficiency and engagement. Job Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities

- Supports client relationships through improving operational efficiencies to grow base business, improve retention of account base. Supports BDM’s on business reviews and key interactions with key clients within local market. Leverages the Business Development Manager and District Manager where applicable to drive operational efficiencies and excellence.
- Reviews and analyzes business performance utilizing plan data and recommends decisions/approaches to address key operational opportunities and levers, including route sales growth optimization, pricing actions, product inventory and waste reduction and labor costs, which
- would positively impact the business.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and counseling management staff and front line personnel to provide ongoing support and development. Leverages leadership skills to set goals and provide regular performance feedback utilizing all resources available to include work-with observations and ARAMARK’s established performance management process and tools
- Drives Operational Excellence culture and safety leadership, and all key initiatives relating to these core values, to provide a positive Market Center environment. Owns and fosters effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Ensures daily operations are maintained as scheduled. Maintains all business records, processes and documentation as required to include personnel records, delivery and invoice records, product and asset inventories, VendSys data, and client sales, contact and pricing communication.
- Performs other administrative and sales operations duties as required.

Qualifications
In order to be prepared for this leadership role, qualified candidates will possess:
- Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management and/or relevant experience.
- The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.
- Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
- Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
- Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
- Proven ability leading through other managers.
- Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis.
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.

People leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00.
