Complete Purchasing Services (“CPS”) is in the procurement business serving multiple channels – healthcare, senior living, education, hospitality, and restaurants. CPS enables their clients to save time and money by providing them with the right products & services at the right price, including tools and resources for their operations.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintenance of the CPS/QUASEP members' portal, monthly newsletters, bi-weekly e-communique’s, and other projects as required.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinates the monthly and bi-weekly client communications newsletter for both CPS and QUASEP:
•    In collaboration with the Marketing Team (national) and Aramark Supply Chain, gathers relevant information for each newsletter
•    Synthesizes information and writes articles for the monthly news bulletin and posts to online portals
•    Sets up newsletter in the e-marketing application & sends the newsletters electronically per defined client distribution groups
•    Communicates with the national Marketing team on CPS/QUASEP target marketing initiatives & programs for potential execution nationally
Coordinates and creates e-marketing campaigns and program guides as required. 
Responsible to document and assess the success of newsletters, campaigns, etc. and share findings with the marketing team, supply chain, and suppliers (as required). 
Responsible for content management including alerts and promotions. In collaboration with the marketing team, updates other sections of the portal, as needed.
Supports and participates in execution of CPS events as required (national).
Participates in support and operations team meetings as required.

Qualifications


•    University or College degree in marketing from an accredited institution
•    Minimum two (2) years in a marketing or communications role in a corporate environment
•    Experience in graphic design is an asset
•    Must demonstrate strong communication skills (written & verbal)
•    Must demonstrate creative writing skills
•    Advanced proficiency in MS office suite, specifically MS Word, and PowerPoint
•    Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
•    Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
•    Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with others
