Title:  Manager, Business Development

Job Description

The Manager, Business Development will identify, build, assess and deliver qualified leads to the Sales Directors, to create new business growth and achieve Aramark's growth objectives. This role includes:

1. Prospect identification and research within target markets.
2. Campaign development
3. Prospecting and opportunity assessment
4. Campaign monitoring
5. Participation and follow up from B2B networking events

Candidates will be required to travel from time to time, so should have a reliable vehicle and clean driver's license. Aramark operates under a hybrid work model at this time. 

Job Responsibilities

1. Prospect Identification & Reasearch (15%) - work with sales to identify and research possible targets/potential clients.
2. Lead Generation Campaign Development (15%) - in collaboration with marketing &sales, create B2B key messages and campaign story telling.
3. Prospecting and Opportunity Assessments (50%) - launch campaigns working with a list of prospective clients through phone, email, social media and other digital platforms.
4. Campaign Monitoring (10%) - in collaboration with marketing, monitor & assess lead generation activities and strategies to assess ROI.
5. Conference & Trade Events (10%) - participate & support the sales team with B2B conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, with major in marketing or related field
• 2 - 5 years' experience in sales
• Excellent software skills in MS Office Suite and CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
• Strong social media skills and solid social media presence
• Superior presentation skills
• Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal & interpersonal.
