Job Description
ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is seeking candidates for the position of Housekeeping Manager for its sites across Canada. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs. Carries out housekeeping duties in overnight-stay locations in accordance with facility standards of cleanliness and appearance.
- Rotations can vary from 2 weeks on site and 2 weeks off site or 20 days on site and 10 days off site; dependent on location.
- Transportation is provided

Job Responsibilities
- Primary function to oversee all daily operations in the lodge
- Ensure guests receive the best customer service
- Manage all lodge personnel, including housekeeping, guest services, administration,
- Monitor and plan work schedules.
- Act as liaison between the client, guests, resident staff as well as management
- Represent the lodge in a knowledgeable and articulate manner
- Develop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt.
- Assist in communication and develops relationships with client
- Uses facility audits to constantly upgrade, update, and enhance best practices Coordinates the activities of employees to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of staff, materials, and equipment.
- Tour and inspect the facility frequently to ensure total quality management requirements are met.
- Assist leadership with compliance with all OH&S regulations and other municipal, provincial and federal government regulations.
- Responds to the requests of the client
- Assists with inventory control and may assist with supply and equipment orders.
- Keep management constantly informed of new trends, developments, and regulations Assist in the development and delivery of monthly training programs

Compensation Data
Salary Range: $60,000-70,000K
Qualifications
- 5+ years within a Management position
- Candidates with Hotel industry or Camp Management experience will be given preference
- Demonstrated leadership skill
- Outstanding communication skills
- Effective time management
- Visionary sight for the benefits of the company/lodge
- Ability to work long rotations
