Job Description

Come join the amazing team in HR Services at Aramark. As a motivated HR Administration Coordinator, you will support our Human Resources team in managing HR systems and data integrity. This role offers hands-on experience in HR technology, data management, operations and compliance. You will assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. 

 

  • This is a 3-month contract role, at our Canadian Head Office in Mississauga.

 

  • We are in a hybrid work model at present, which requires in office time on Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work happening on Mondays and Fridays. 

Job Responsibilities

· Assist in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) administration, including data entry, updates, and troubleshooting.

· Assist with execution of special HR projects, including organizing and tracking of various contracts, creating document tracker and documenting key contract provisions

· Assist in requisition and job posting maintenance.

· Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records HR system.

· Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.

· Support HR system onboarding for new hires.

· Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support.

· Perform general administrative tasks, including document management and office coordination.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
