Job Description

Our Supply Chain team is growing! Come join us as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will prepare periodic reporting for both our general purchasing organizations as well as for Supply Chain Management. You will ensure internal control reconciliations, support financial planning, provide decision support and ensure that all reports are completed accurately. As part of our Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will provide leadership with a line of sight to performance and work with the corporate finance team to ensure operations are aligned to financial plans and in compliance to controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monthly Reporting including accounts receivable, spend analysis, bad debt computation and other required reports. 
  • Controls in regard to National Volume Discount reconciliation, internal & external audit inquiries and customer incentive programs
  • Financial planning to support forecasting for both general purchasing organizations, managed services and review of Selling & General Admin expenses. 
  • Reconcile numbers between two different financial reporting systems so that numbers are aligned. 
  • Analysis and decision support for leaders in our purchasing organizations, supply chain and finance.
  • Timley & efficient communications in a matrixed environment, with multiple departments and stakeholders. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills and accounting systems.
  • Minimum 3-5 year experience post-graduation from University
  • Ability to perform complex or highly technical accounting tasks and functions.
  • Accounting Designation preferred (CPA/CA/CMA/CGA) or at least pursuing/part qualified
