Aramark is recruiting an experienced Bilingual (English-French) Talent Acquisition Partner for our team of Brand Ambassadors. You will creatively identify candidates while championing our brand to attract a diverse, high-performance workforce. As a consultative talent partner, you will provide excellent customer service and achieve our hiring goals.

 

Based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the Head Office).

 

Job Responsibilities

•    Drive strategic salaried recruitment initiatives across corporate and multiple business lines for Aramark Canada, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
•    Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing expert guidance to secure top talent across diverse locations and business functions.
•    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including needs assessment, job postings, targeted advertising, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and background checks.
•    Leverage deep business acumen, market intelligence, and industry insights to build high-quality talent pipelines and support data-driven hiring decisions.
•    Deliver insightful business updates and exceptional client support by coaching client groups on effective interviewing practices, equipping them with behavioral interviewing techniques, and presenting market intelligence to guide well-informed decisions.
•    Maintain accurate recruiting data and compliance records while generating reports and ensuring real-time candidate status updates.
•    Drive recruitment success by fostering community partnerships, cultivating diverse talent pools, and spearheading initiatives such as job fairs, open houses, networking sessions, and community-based recruiting events.
•    Leverage strong analytical and reporting skills to review recruitment data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements or enhancements to sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

•    Experience: 5+ years in recruiting for hospitality, hotel, retail, or food and beverage industries. Show us your: Track record of successful hires and impressive retention rates.
•    Education: Bachelor's degree; recruiting and sourcing certifications are a plus. Demonstrate your: Ability to apply learned skills effectively and pursue continuous professional growth.
•    Language Skills: Bilingual in English and French with outstanding communication skills. Impress us with: Your ability to leverage your French speaking, writing, and listening skills to enhance the quality of hires and drive awareness-building initiatives. Your proficiency in both languages will be crucial in engaging diverse talent pools and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
•    Campus Recruitment: Proven experience in campus recruitment and managing trainee programs. Highlight your: Success in placing trainees and growing robust programs.
•    Brand Advocacy: Ability to champion corporate initiatives and boost brand awareness. Showcase your: Talent for enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.
•    Customer Service: Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional customer service. Prove your: Ability to achieve stellar customer satisfaction scores.
•    Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrate your: Efficiency and precision in task execution.
