Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Bilingual Marketing Manager to lead external communications and support our sales and account management teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and partnership development.

You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence across multiple platforms, while also supporting initiatives such as customer incentives and rebates, email campaigns, and gathering customer testimonials. In addition, you will help build and maintain strong relationships with industry associations that support our business growth.

 

Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Lead content creation, curation, and posting across all business unit channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, program partners, and third-party creators to develop engaging content.
  • Support sales and account teams by leveraging social media to maximize visibility and impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics and recommend content strategies based on results.

Association Partnerships & Support

  • Coordinate marketing and operational support for association partnerships.
  • Organize and support events, including marketing materials, conference ads, and advertorials.
  • Review marketing kits and identify promotional opportunities.
  • Track sponsorship deliverables and execute related content (e-blasts, newsletters, program guides).
  • Collect and report success metrics to inform future activities.

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing drip campaigns for programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

Program Collateral Development

  • Create and maintain marketing materials including brochures, flyers, sales tools, and program guides.
  • Ensure all collateral is current, co-branded where applicable, and accessible to relevant teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role within a corporate setting.
  • Graphic design experience is considered an asset.
  • Fluent bilingualism both in written, and spoken French is required.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $85,000.00.
