Job Description
This role supports the finance controlling function, with its time split between two main areas of responsibility - Accounts payable and field finance. The role will be responsible for processing invoices, payment requests, updating related records and other financial information. This role ensures timely completion of deliverables (including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc.), preparation of financial reports, and compliance with company and vendor requirements. Additionally, the role assists managers with financial inquiries, supports month-end and annual reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Process received invoices and payments requests
- Setup and reconciliation of relevant accounts for all Aramark entities, investigate discrepancies, notify other teams involved
- Process required reports and deliverables within deadlines
- Journal entry to record allocation, adjustments, and payments
- Assist accounting and controlling team with ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
Education
- 1 year of related experience and/or enrollment in accounting/business program
- Bachelors in relevant field (Preferred)
Experience
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, including dealing with multi-site finance operations

The pay range for this position is $45,000.00 - $50,000.00.
