Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.  

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness in all environments.  Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, clearing dining rooms and washing dishes.
•    Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward residents, guests, clients, and co-workers.
•    Adaptable to resident and client needs.
•    Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
•    Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.  Demonstrates efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as outlined in orientation.
•    Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

•    Demonstrates an attention to detail.  Must have the ability to respond effectively to changing demands and have the ability to stay calm under pressure.
•    Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and listen to what residents or client is asking.
•    Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.  Must be adaptable to change and able to work in a team environment.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
