Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cafeteria staff during the night shift, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee preparation, serving, and restocking of food and beverages.
• Handle cash operations, reconcile registers, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas before shift end.
• Assist with staff training and performance feedback.
• Act as the point of contact for any issues or emergencies during night operations.
• Secure facility at closing and ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisor experience
• Must have experience with line cooking and Cashier
• Security Clearance is required so must be able to pass a criminal record check
• Must have own tranportation to come on site
