Job Responsibilities

•    Be seen as a senior leader for all operations and advocate for both our client and Aramark
•    Accountable and responsible for maintaining a culture focused on safety in everything we do
•    Build and lead management teams capable of delivering innovation, quality, and operational excellence across all service lines
•    Deliver the highest quality services while exceeding client and customer expectations
•    Drive revenue growth across service lines through exceptional execution and targeted business development initiatives
•    Support client and stakeholder initiatives while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships
•    Deliver sustainability goals as they pertain to food services
•    Manage client premises, capital assets, and facilities in a professional manner
•    Connect, influence, and bring creative and strategic thinking to build and maintain stakeholder advocacy
•    Develop strategic operating plans aligned with client objectives and sustainable business practices
•    Establish and maintain food production systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and serving food products safely and efficiently
•    Develop operational forecasts, monitor expenses, and report variances
•    Develop client communication strategies and conduct regular business reviews to share successes, opportunities, and progress against annual operating plans
•    Ensure successful implementation of operational programs and executional frameworks
•    Ensure Scope of Work (SOW) requirements are met and any gaps are communicated to the District Manager
•    Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Front Line Supervisors and other operational leaders
•    Build strong relationships within local communities and develop professional networks that support future business opportunities and organizational growth

Qualifications

•    Minimum 5 years of experience leading large teams in food service, hospitality, restaurant, retail, catering, or multi-unit operations
•    University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
•    Advanced food safety certification preferred
•    Strong financial acumen, including food cost, labour management, inventory control, and budgeting
•    Proven ability to analyze financial statements, operating reports, and budget variance reports
•    Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse teams in a dynamic environment
•    Experience managing teams of 20 or more associates
•    Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
•    Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
•    Catering experience considered an asset
•    Positive attitude and strong customer-focused mindset
•    Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and clients
•    Knowledge of regulatory requirements including WHMIS, Occupational Health & Safety, and infection prevention and control practices
•    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to adapt to new environments and successfully lead change initiatives

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000
