Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.  

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain courteous and professional conduct at all times with guests, staff, and management

· Have a complete knowledge and understanding of ARAMARK and Tim Hortons policies and procedures

· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and responding to questions in a friendly and professional manner

· Accurately take guest orders and process transactions

· Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, baked goods, sandwiches, and other menu items according to established standards

· Ensure food and beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of all workstations, customer areas, equipment, and storage areas

· Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements regarding food and beverage handling

· Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and replenishment of products and supplies

· Support fellow team members to ensure efficient daily operations

· Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties as assigned

· Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed

· Promote a welcoming and positive environment for all guests

· Adhere to all health, safety, and workplace policies and procedures

Qualifications

· Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills

· Must be flexible and able to work various shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to prepare food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards

· Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred

· Food Safe certification preferred

· Demonstrates a friendly attitude and strong commitment to guest service

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to uniform standards

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
