POSITION: General Utility Worker

LOCATION: Cégep de Lanaudière à Joliette (20 Saint-Charles South Street, Joliette, Quebec, J6E 4T1)

SALARY: $17.00/hour

SCHEDULE / HOURS: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (following the academic calendar)

START DATE: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate the cash register
• Perform general kitchen preparation duties
• Serve customers at the service line
• Restock shelves and refrigerators
• Rotate products in refrigerators
• Maintain the cleanliness of service areas
• Assist with dishwashing duties
• Follow all established health and safety regulations and procedures
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry is an asset
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Customer service oriented
