Aramark Canada is offering a reliable individual committed to providing exceptional customer service the opportunity to join the team at the Life Sciences Center Food Court/Tim Horton’s! Reporting to the Supervisor, the Lead Hand is responsible for leading the front-line team in providing an exceptional customer service experience!   

Job Responsibilities

• Assures quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers 
• May be required to use grill, fryers, and ovens 
• Food preparation, including merchandising of food stations, and food service 
• Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area 
• Stock shelves, refrigerators and prep stations 
• Adhere to all Aramark and franchise policy and procedures 
• May assist Supervisor in adjusting team schedule based on team outages 
• May host team huddles to discuss safety briefs, events, and pertinent information 
• May perform other job duties as required 

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in food service industry required 
• 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role required 
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Skilled in effective communication both verbal and written 
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team 
•
