Aramark is hiring a Multi-Site Food Service Manager to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple single-client Business Dining locations within a designated geographic area. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, exceptional customer service, and consistent execution of company standards across all sites.

This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating food service operations across multiple locations. The Multi-Site Food Service Manager provides leadership and support to a team of supervisors and food service associates, with a strong focus on fostering a hospitality-driven culture, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence at each site.

Job Responsibilities

•    Responsible to ensure daily operations are running smoothly with the understanding that there will be times when you’ll have to “jump in” and work within the operation
•    Implements and leads compliance on all Aramark operating standards and legislated standards within the component including company policy and procedure, health and safety standards and safe food handling
•    Responsible for overseeing staff scheduling; tracks daily labour on daily basis
•    Works in conjunction with culinary team members for appropriate food handling, preparation and sanitation in respective areas
•    Responsible for inventory controls, food, labour and direct costs
•    Ensures quality and courteous service is provided to all customers including proper and accurate signage displayed for all items served
•    Works with Human Resources to manage all hiring, staffing, labour, progressive discipline, accommodation, training and administration of human resources policies and procedures 
•    Develops and motivates supervisory staff to attain proper standards of performance
•    Liaises with the Marketing Manager to launch marketing initiatives and promotions
•    Monitors equipment repair and maintenance
•    Maintains compliance of all cash handling and cash auditing procedures, reports any overage/shortages 
•    Ensures adherence to Aramark’s policies and procedures, and Health and Safety programs

Qualifications

•    To obtain a government Security Clearance, must have resided in Canada for the past five (5) consecutive years
•    A post- graduate diploma in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management or Business is preferred 
•    Previous food service operations management experience is required to manage multi-sites
•    Able to lead a hospitality culture
•    Effective communication and organization skills
•    Ability to multi-task and be self-reliant
•    Ability to analyze and interpret financials
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•    Must have own reliable transportation and a valid G- class driver’s license to travel to sites
