Job Description
ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is growing and hiring a Housekeeping Trainer for a lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The Housekeeping Trainer is responsible for the daily training, development, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective work practices. This position supports onboarding, follow-up training, and ongoing employee development while working closely with Operations Managers to ensure departmental goals and service standards are achieved. The successful candidate will also assist with the day-to-day functions of the housekeeping department and help foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Successful candidates should have some experience in the remote or commercial industries.

- Transportation is provided out of Edmonton, AB.
- Rotation is 20 days on site and 10 days off site.
Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead safety-focused housekeeping training and onboarding.
- Partner with Operations to support daily objectives.
- Train associates on cleaning standards, PPE, chemicals, and equipment.
- Conduct inspections, track training records, and report deficiencies.
- Promote service excellence, compliance, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years managerial experience preferably in remote camp or hotel/hospitality industries

Valid WHMIS Certification is mandatory, First Aid Certification is an asset

Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised and unsupervised

Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
