Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The Catering Wait Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service during catering events by assisting with food and beverage service, event setup, guest support, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event. Team members are expected to represent the company professionally while ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up catering stations, tables, utensils, and serving areas before events
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist guests with requests and respond promptly to customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving and dining areas
- Refill food, beverages, condiments, and supplies as required
- Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after service
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and event coordinators
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance during events
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous catering or hospitality experience is considered an asset
