We are looking for a passionate Cook to join our Food Services team at Bombardier.

POSITION: Cook

LOCATION: Bombardier CA (400 Côte-Vertu Blvd., Dorval, QC H4S 1Y9)

WAGE: $20.86/hour

SCHEDULE / HOURS: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

START DATE: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in the preparation of daily meals and catering orders
• Prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes and established procedures
• Ensure production of meals for the hot food station
• Set up the workstation and prepare all required ingredients
• Monitor product quality and ensure smooth production operations
• Assist with cost control, inventory management, and inventory counts
• Apply and enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Participate in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Support operations and respond to team needs based on operational priorities
• Catering experience is considered an asset

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Customer service oriented with a commitment to client satisfaction
