We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual Tim Horton’s Team Member to deliver exceptional service to travelers passing through the Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. In this vital front-line role, you will utilize your strong communication skills in both English and French to provide efficient, high-quality service in a unique and energetic travel environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Welcome airport travelers, flight crews, and airport personnel with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Confidently and efficiently take orders and answer guest questions in both English and French
- Accurately enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system, handle cash and electronic transactions, and provide correct change and receipts.
- Brew coffee, steep tea, and prepare specialized hot and cold beverages (such as Iced Capps, lattes, and espresso drinks) strictly following Tim Horton’s gold standards.
- Efficiently prepare and assemble breakfast sandwiches, lunch items, wraps, and baked goods, ensuring proper portion control and appealing presentation.
- Keep the bakery display showcases continuously stocked, organized, and looking fresh throughout the shift.
- Maintain a high level of speed, accuracy, and composure during peak airport travel rushes (such as early morning departures or delayed flight windows).
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and counter teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless flow of orders from prep to hand-off.
- Monitor front-of-house stock levels (cups, lids, napkins, condiments) and replenish them proactively
- Keep counter, ordering areas, beverage stations, and food prep surfaces clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety regulations and brand standards.
- Adhere to all OHS and food safety policies and procedures
- Maintain adherence to all airport-specific safety, security, and operational guidelines required for working within the terminal environment
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Experience working with Tim Horton's or similar franchise considered an asset
- Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced), First Aid Certification is an asset
- Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised and unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
This is a full-time position with a day time schedule. The pay range for this position is $15.90 - $16.70.
