Be Part of the Valcartier Cadet Camp Adventure

ARAMARK is currently looking for Dishwashers for the camp food services.

Position: Dishwasher
Location: Valcartier Base

Salary: Starting at $18.25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available

Start Date: June–July–August (summer season)

• Public transportation does not reach the base; you must arrange your own transportation to the military base. Carpooling may be possible following hiring.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes
• Perform cleaning duties
• Clean countertops and surrounding work areas, sweep and mop the service area, kitchen, and workstation
• Assist with the maintenance of the kitchen and equipment
• Clean tables
• Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding areas
• Help put away deliveries as needed
• Follow established safety regulations
• Perform any other related duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher (an asset)
• Good physical stamina for lifting and carrying items
• MAPAQ certification (an asset)
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work independently
• Ensure that hygiene and sanitation programs are followed
• Ability to meet operational needs

  The successful candidate for this position must complete a criminal background check and, when required, a vulnerable sector check. Employment with Aramark is conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by the company. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
