Title:  Custodial Services Worker

Job Responsibilities

• Able to perform Light and Heavy-duty Cleaning, garbage removal, cleaning of washrooms, conference rooms, locker and shower rooms, offices, security gates, 
• Sweeping and Mopping floors, vacuuming, running floor buffer, shampoo carpets,
• this job includes rotating weekend schedules (scheduled overtime) you must be able to drive a pickup truck
• Commitment to safety, and will follow all ARAMARK policy and procedure, wearing PPE, cleaning to contracted spec.
• Must have GOOD ATTENDANCE
• Reliable, honest, hard working 
• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment SAFETY FIRST
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company assets

Must be self-motivated, with strong work ethic, we train on site and want reliable team members.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience an asset
• Must have own vehicle and driver's license
• Must be physically fit - this is a physical job, you are on your feet all day, bending lifting pushing - approximately 12,000 steps daily.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
• Adaptable to guests’ needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
