As a Catering Attendant / General Utility Worker on our team, you’ll take on the important task of providing exceptional customer service with each interaction with the client, while performing general catering duties in a professional services setting.

Job Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on client requirements and business needs.

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing professional and courteous customer service 
• Maintains meeting rooms and displays food and beverages following established best practices 
• Ensures cleanliness of the kitchen, washes and sanitizes dishes 
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks 
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. 
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation 
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures 
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings 
• SMART SERVE ONTARIO certified an asset
• Barista experience an asset 
• Banquet catering attendant experience an asset
• Food Handling Certificate an asset
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
