ARAMARK is Hiring a Janitor for Manic-5

Aramark offers 14 days on / 14 days off work rotation.

Employees are provided with meals and accommodation in a private room, with washer and dryer facilities available.

Aramark also offers a transportation allowance as well as highly competitive group insurance benefits.

Candidates must reside in Baie-Comeau or the surrounding area.

Position: Janitor

Location: Manic-5
Hourly Wage: $21.59/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform housekeeping duties throughout the camp facilities.
• Properly clean and maintain housekeeping equipment.
• Carry out general cleaning tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment that promotes the health and safety of others.
• Clean assigned areas in accordance with Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be versatile and adaptable.
• Experience working in a remote camp environment is considered an asset.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and basic precautions due to physical hazards and exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills; courteous, dependable, and able to work well with others.
• WHMIS certification is considered an asset.
• Must be able to meet operational requirements.
